How do I get my ticket?
As soon as your payment goes through, your ticket appears in “My tickets” with a QR code. Show that QR at the door — no printing, no email hunting.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed through a secure Israeli payment gateway, and your money is held safely until after the event.
What is the service fee?
Every price you see is all-in: the ticket plus a small service fee, shown clearly before you pay. The amount at checkout is the amount you’re charged.
Can I bring a friend or transfer my ticket?
Just buy a ticket for each person joining you. Transfer and resale options depend on the specific event — check the event page or reach out to the organizer.
