Organizer Agreement

Last updated: March 2026

This Organizer Agreement governs the relationship between event organizers and QIN. By registering as an organizer on QIN, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agent/Intermediary Relationship

QIN acts as your agent and intermediary for the purpose of ticket sales. QIN collects payments on your behalf through the Tranzila payment gateway. All funds are held in QIN's designated bank account until disbursement. QIN does not become the owner, producer, or co-organizer of your event.

2. Commission Structure

QIN charges a platform fee (commission) on each ticket sold. The fee may be a fixed amount per ticket or a percentage of the ticket price, as configured for each event. The platform administrator sets default fee parameters, which may be customized per event by agreement. The commission is deducted from gross sales before payout.

3. Payout Terms

QIN disburses organizer earnings after the event has taken place. Payouts are processed via bank transfer (Bit) or direct bank deposit, as agreed. The standard payout timeline is within 14 business days after the event date. QIN reserves the right to delay payouts in cases of disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

As an organizer, you are responsible for delivering the event as described on the platform, handling refund claims according to your stated refund policy, complying with all applicable Israeli laws and regulations (including consumer protection, safety, and licensing requirements), providing accurate event information (date, time, venue, description), responding to purchase requests in a timely manner (for manual-approval events), and managing door staff and check-in operations.

5. Dispute and Payout Withholding

QIN reserves the right to withhold payouts in the following circumstances: pending resolution of customer disputes or chargebacks, suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these terms or applicable law, event cancellation without proper refund processing. Withheld funds will be released or refunded as appropriate upon resolution of the matter.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. QIN may immediately suspend or terminate an organizer account in cases of fraud, repeated violations, or illegal activity. Upon termination, QIN will disburse any outstanding funds owed to the organizer, less any amounts subject to dispute or withholding.

7. Business and Tax Obligations

Organizers are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, including income tax and VAT reporting. Business organizers (osek murshe or osek patur) must provide valid business credentials. Private organizers acknowledge that income from events may be subject to taxation. QIN may issue reports as required by Israeli tax authorities.

8. Changes to This Agreement

QIN reserves the right to modify this Organizer Agreement. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
