We use cookies
Qin uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential to run the site and process your tickets; others help us understand usage and improve Qin. Accept all, reject non-essential, or choose what to allow. Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Qin uses cookies and similar technologies, what each type does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember information between pages and visits — for example, keeping you signed in. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage and pixels; in this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”. Cookies set by Qin are “first-party”; cookies set by other companies whose services we use are “third-party”.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and secure, to remember preferences such as your language, to process ticket purchases, and to understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Because Qin is a two-sided marketplace, cookies serve both buyers and event organizers.
We group cookies into the categories below. You can accept or reject each non-essential category in the cookie settings. A detailed list of the individual cookies, their purpose and how long they last is shown in the cookie settings panel.
Strictly necessary
Required for Qin to work — signing in, keeping your session, security, and processing ticket payments through Tranzila. These cannot be switched off.
Functional
Remember your choices, such as your language (Hebrew or English) and display preferences, to give you a better experience.
Analytics
Help us understand how Qin is used so we can improve it — anonymous usage measurement and diagnostic tools that record errors (and, when needed, session details) to fix problems.
Marketing
Used to measure and personalise promotions. Qin does not currently use marketing cookies; this option is reserved for the future and stays off unless you turn it on.
Some cookies or similar technologies are provided by third parties whose tools we use. These currently include: Vercel (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and performance measurement); Sentry (error and performance diagnostics, including optional session recording used only to fix problems — enabled only if you allow Analytics cookies); and Tranzila, our payment processor, used to complete card payments securely. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
Event organizers who list events on Qin may place their own cookies or tracking on their event pages (for example, their own advertising or analytics). These are controlled by the organizer, not by Qin, and are subject to the organizer’s own privacy and cookie policies. Where this applies, we will identify it in the cookie settings.
When you first visit Qin you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or choose specific categories. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may stop working if you remove essential cookies.
Cookies are either “session” cookies, deleted when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which remain for a set period. Your sign-in session and your saved cookie choices are stored for a limited time — your cookie choices are remembered for up to six months, after which we ask again. The exact lifetime of each cookie is shown in the cookie settings panel.
We may update this Cookie Policy as our services or the law change. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and where required we will ask for your consent again.

This Cookie Policy is provided in Hebrew and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the versions, the Hebrew version shall prevail.
