Accessibility statement
Qin is committed to making its platform usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat digital accessibility as an ongoing effort and keep improving the experience across the site.
Our commitment
We work to ensure that discovering events, buying tickets and managing events on Qin is usable for people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance standard
We aim to conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 AA guidelines. Accessibility is built into the code of the site itself — semantic structure, keyboard operability, text alternatives, colour contrast and accessible forms.
Accessibility menu
An accessibility menu is available on every page (the button in the lower corner). It lets you enlarge text, switch to a high-contrast or grayscale display, highlight links and headings, increase spacing, pause animations, enlarge the cursor, show a reading guide and emphasise the keyboard focus. These tools are a convenience layer on top of an accessible site — not a substitute for it.
What we have done
- Correct page language and reading direction — right-to-left for Hebrew, left-to-right for English.
- A “skip to content” link and a clear heading and landmark structure.
- Keyboard operability and a visible focus indicator on interactive controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
- A site-wide accessibility menu for on-the-fly display adjustments.
Known limitations
The payment step is provided through Tranzila, an external payment provider, inside a secure frame. The accessibility of that step is the responsibility of the payment provider. If you have any difficulty completing a payment, please contact us and we will help you complete your purchase.
Tested with
The site is tested on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on desktop and mobile, including keyboard navigation.
