Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
Welcome to QIN. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Platform Role
QIN operates as an agent and intermediary (sochen/metavech) that facilitates the sale of event tickets on behalf of event organizers. QIN is not the organizer or producer of any event listed on the platform. QIN collects payments on behalf of organizers and disburses funds according to agreed-upon terms.
2. Service Fee
QIN retains a service fee (commission) on each transaction. The fee may be a fixed amount or a percentage of the ticket price, as configured per event. The service fee is deducted from the total payment before disbursement to the organizer.
3. Ticket Seller
The event organizer is the seller of tickets. QIN acts solely as a platform and payment agent. Any claims regarding the event itself, including its quality, content, scheduling, or cancellation, should be directed to the event organizer.
4. Fund Holding and Disbursement
All payments are collected by QIN through the Tranzila payment gateway and held in QIN's designated bank account. Funds are disbursed to organizers according to the payout schedule outlined in the Organizer Agreement, typically after the event has taken place.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Tranzila, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. QIN supports credit card payments in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). For events with manual approval, a temporary authorization hold (J5) may be placed on your card, which is only captured upon organizer approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
QIN is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of events listed on the platform. QIN's liability is limited to the service fee collected. QIN does not guarantee that any event will take place as described, and is not responsible for any losses arising from event cancellation, modification, or any actions of the event organizer.
7. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate personal information, maintaining the security of their account, complying with all applicable laws, and behaving respectfully when using platform features such as chat. Users must not resell tickets purchased through QIN without the organizer's explicit permission.
8. Refund Policy
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. QIN facilitates refund processing when authorized by the organizer but does not independently determine refund eligibility. Users should review the refund policy of each event before purchasing tickets. In cases where an event is cancelled entirely, QIN will work with the organizer to process refunds.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of QIN shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
10. Changes to Terms
QIN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
